Cancellation policy: 

Please contact Santiago prior to 24 hrs of your massage to allow proper rescheduling or a 50% charge will be applied.  If client becomes ill the morning of the massage no charge will be applied. If inclement weather happens no charge will be applied. Family emergencies will also not be charged for cancellation.
